  • Domestic Shipping: For orders within the United States, we use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping times can range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping may take longer (approximately 7-21 business days), and additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your package.

  • Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you on time, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, high volume, or carrier issues. In such cases, we appreciate your patience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds and exchanges are only available under certain circumstances. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us at hello@althaianaturals.com. Our team will assess your situation and provide guidance on how to proceed. Please note that products must be returned in unused, unopened, and original condition for eligibility.
